Statment
After
graduating from
Osaka University
of Arts, as
a design major,
I worked as
an interior
designer for
Tsutomu Ushidate
& interspace
time for five
years.
Then
I came to New
York to be a
painter. I studied
oil painting
at the FashionInstitute
of Technology.
My
works are Manhattan
skyline landscapes
and figurative
paintings. I
am inspired
by flamenco
music and its
performance.
Currently, I
am creating
a series of
paintings with
flamenco music
themes.
I
always think
of where my
paintings would
best be displayed
while I am creating
them.
